The window depends on the product: new domain registrations 5 days, annual Website Builder and Microsoft 365 plans 7 days, eligible annual hosting, Professional Email, and SSL plans 30 days, and monthly plans 48 hours. Some items cannot be refunded, including successful domain transfers, premium domain names, and some country-code domains.
